The brief
An estate on Nevis is five businesses wearing one name: venue rentals, villa rentals, a palm collection, tours and services. The site had to make that legible to a first-time visitor without flattening any of it into a generic hotel page.
Structure before styling
Five offerings, five clear routes through the site. The navigation was settled before a single visual decision, because on a property site the most expensive mistake is a visitor who cannot tell what is for rent.
Let the island do the selling
Full-width imagery of the estate and Nevis Peak, restrained type over it, and enough negative space that the photography reads as luxury rather than as a brochure.
Editable by the estate
Built so the team can add a villa, change a season or publish a tour without a developer. The structure holds even as the content grows.
