Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to this website and to enquiries sent through it. They are not the terms of a project. Work we do for a client is governed by the written proposal and agreement signed for that project, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

The site is operated by Atlas Agile, a web, app and AI development studio working from the Netherlands. Reach us at info@atlasagile.nl.

You are welcome to read the site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. What you may not do:

• copy the site's design, copy or code to build a competing site;
• scrape it in bulk, or use it to train a model, without our written permission;
• attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or send anything through the contact form that is unlawful, deceptive or automated in volume.

If you find a security problem, tell us at info@atlasagile.nl rather than exploiting it. We will not come after anyone who reports in good faith.

The design, copy, layout and code of this site belong to Atlas Agileand are protected by copyright. Client projects shown in our work are published with the client's permission; their names, logos, screenshots and trade marks remain theirs. Nothing on this page grants you a license to any of it beyond reading the site.

Sending a brief does not create a contract, and neither does our reply to it. Budget ranges on the form, and any figure or timeline we discuss before a proposal, are indicative. A project starts when both sides sign a written proposal that sets out the scope, price and schedule.

We keep the site accurate and current, and the case studies describe work we actually delivered. Even so, the site is provided as it is: we do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of every error, or suitable for a particular purpose of yours. Descriptions of past work are not a promise of the same result on your project.

Where we link out, we do it because the destination is useful, not because we control it. We are not responsible for what other sites publish or how they handle your data.

To the extent the law allows, Atlas Agileis not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

What we do with personal data sent through this site is set out in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes about them go to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in their own country of residence.
