The brief
Expectant parents arrive with a short list of questions: when is the intake, what will it cost, how many hours do I get, how do I register. The site had to answer those in plain language, in the order they are asked, and then make registering the easiest thing on the page.
The questions, in the order they arrive
Intake timing, the statutory contribution, the hours you are entitled to and how to register are answered on the homepage rather than filed under a services page. These are the searches that bring people here, so they are what the page opens with.
Registering is the whole point
The sign-up route repeats through the page and pairs a form with a phone number, because a family choosing care at thirty weeks pregnant should not have to decide which channel is the right one.
A tone that matches the moment
Soft type, a warm palette and short paragraphs. The subject is a first week at home with a newborn, so the site reads calmly rather than clinically.
