The brief
A festival site lives or dies in the weeks around the ticket drop. Everything asked in that window, who is playing, when to be there, whether there is a bed nearby, how to get in, has to be answerable on the page. This one also had to carry a rename without losing the audience that knew the old one.
The countdown carries the page
Date, venue and a running countdown sit above everything else, with the ticket action beside them. On the day itself the same block becomes arrival information, so the page has a job before, during and after the drop.
Lineup and timetable, stage by stage
The bill is published per stage rather than as one long list, so a visitor can find the set they came for and plan the rest of the day around it.
The questions that usually arrive as DMs
House rules, the route and where to sleep over are sections of the site rather than replies in an inbox. Answering them in public is what keeps the week of the event calm.
