The brief

Freelancers do not want a quote, they want to know what it costs and what happens next. The site had to put the packages side by side, answer the questions that stall a sign-up, and let someone change accountants without the phone call they have been avoiding.

Plans that answer the money question first

Five packages sit next to each other, including the ones written for care sector freelancers, each stating who it is for and what is included. Nobody has to request a price to find out whether this is for them.

Switching is treated as its own product

Changing bookkeeper is where this market gets stuck, so it gets a named service rather than a paragraph. The page describes the handover instead of promising it is painless.
